112學年度第一次申請逕行修讀博士學位公告Application for Direct Pursuit of PhD Degree in 112 Academic Year（First announcement）

l  請於10/31(二)12：00前繳交以下資料至服科所辦公室
Please submit the below documents to the ISS office before October 31 (Tuesday) 12:00

（1）    逕行修讀博士學位申請書  Application form for the direct pursuit Ph.D. degree

（2）    歷年成績單（碩士班請包含大學部、研究所）一份Transcript 

（3）    助理教授以上推薦信二封Two recommendation letters from assistant professor or above

（4）    服科所博士班個人資料表ISS personal information form

（5）    英語能力證明Certificate or relevant documents of language proficiency.

（6）    Suggest confirming the guidance wishes with the professor of ISS before applying.

l  校長獎學金The president scholarship：

申請資格：碩士班累計平均成績GPA 3.70(含)以上者、學士班學業總平均成績排名在該班學生前30%(含)以內，發放8學期，每月25,000元/人。第1~6學期學校提供15,000元、所與指導教授提供10,000元，第7~8學期由院系所及指導教授提供。(詳細獎學金申請辦法與審核詳見「國立清華大學校長獎學金設置辦法」)

l  國科會博士生研究獎學金試辦方案（NSTC Graduate Research Fellowship Pilot Program）

獎勵對象：113年（包含二月或九月註冊）入學就讀之博士班一年級新生，不包含在職進修或陸港澳地區之學生，且無支領其他政府部門同性質獎學金者。國科會甄選名額共計400 名1. 受理申請日期自112年9月15日起至112年10月16 日止，符合資格之申請人應於國科會網站首頁學術研發服務網線上申請並繳交送出，首次申請者須先完成線上註冊。（試辦方案網址：https://www.nstc.gov.tw/sci/ch/detail/edb3772a-06e9-4bc6-9b32-00fbb30be231 ）
