The Institute of Service Science (ISS) at
the College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan,
invites applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions (Assistant, Associate,
or Full professor) starting Fall 2024 or later.
ISS is
a multi-disciplinary research institute with PhD and Masters programs. Our faculty
are actively engaged in theoretical and applied research spanning information
systems, e-service, service management, data science, marketing, and
human-computer interaction.
Our institute is seeking to expand our
faculty in the four areas: Information Systems, Business Analytics, Marketing
& Service management, Service Innovation and Design. Candidates should demonstrate excellent
research and teaching capabilities in one of the four academic domains. We
expect the faculty member to play a key role in advising and teaching at the
PhD and Masters programs.
National
Tsing Hua University (NTHU) is a top-ranked research university in Hsinchu,
Taiwan, famous for innovative insights and advanced studies of science and
technology.
The Institute of Service Science was
launched in 2008 under the College of Technology Management, AACSB accredited
in 2015 and recognized as a leading Technology Management School in Taiwan. ISS
is the first graduate program in Asia promoting Service Science, Management,

Employment
conditions are commensurate with rank and experience, according to Taiwan
Ministry of Education rules. NTHU offers on-campus accommodation for faculty,
and two highly-regarded public kindergartens and elementary schools for faculty
children. ISS will also assist eligible candidates to apply for the Yushan Scholar Program,
which provides annual salary supplements to scholars with outstanding academic
performance.
